All products except custom orders are entitled to full refunds with return of the product. If you would like to return your order for any reason please reach out to ben@howdy.company with your order number to initiate the return. Return shipping will be prepaid for all orders within the US. Customers from outside the US will be responsible for the return shipping cost. All requested returns must have return shipment confirmation within 30 days of delivery of the order to receive a refund.

To ensure quality and provide maximum customization options, I make every product to order after an order is placed. For this reason, orders will ship within 2 weeks. Expedited shipping and production is available for an extra cost. All orders will be given a tracking number after production via email and at this point can expect delivery within the next few days.
